Buckingham, Doorkeeper at Ford's Theater, and Jno. T. Ford. Between the printed signatures is "Your evidence of the great crime committed at my Theatre, on the 14th of April 1865. is(? semi-legible) all authentic." Below, "washington, D.c 1865." Also included are two pages from a 4.5 x 7.5 in. obl. autograph book with John T. Ford's signature on one page (protected by the second page). Condition: Card with light toning. Autograph pages excellent.
