Plaque appears to be in good condition; there appears to be a few light superficial scratches to the painted surface, however not of any consequence, ie. a faint scratch in the sky in the upper left facing corner as well as a few light diagonal scratches near lower center and right facing corner; light short scratch above area of water jug in lower right corner; Frame appears to be in good condition generally; purposely distressed; small losses to vine and leaf decoration as well as areas of repair; gold overpainted; signed 'KPM' on the reverse; NOT EXAMINED OUT OF FRAME; NOT BLACK LIGHTED
