The deed is addressed to Laurentius Sprewe, chaplain of the Chapel of Our Lady "Oostvut" (?) of Honschoote ("Capellanie beate Marie Oostout de hondiscota"), in the former diocese of Thérouanne ("Moriniensis diocesis").
