GENERAL SECTION - DELIGHTFUL COLLECTOR'S HOARD - APPARENTLY UNTOUCHED SINCE ABOUT 1952!! in a large metal box (lock but no key) with "Capstan Navy Cut Cigarettes" logo. Filled with mint and used world (chiefly BRITISH COMMONWEALTH) in envelopes, on leaves, in old club books, etc. Can see North Borneo 1897-1902 8c SG 102 and 8c SG 103a in never hinged mint vertical pairs (cat £310); extensive British Commonwealth never hinged mint including several blocks and a few complete sheets - e.g. note Lagos 1904-06 ½d & 1d KEVII large blocks, Nigeria KGV values to 1s in large blocks, Jamaica 1945-46 New Constitution set in blocks of ten, etc. etc.; and MUCH MORE! Some stamps/blocks removed from envelopes etc. and placed on modern stockleaves for scanning. An exciting old time lot! (approx 4,000 - 5,000 stamps)
