This lot has been curated by Verity Babbs About Georgia Peskett was born in 1965 in London, she lived in New York as a young studio assistant in the 1980's and in 2003 she relocated from London to Derbyshire where she now has her home/studio, she has exhibited widely and her work can be found in notable private and public collections worldwide. She has shown her work in the Royal Academy, Wells Contemporary, Discerning Eye, Threadneedle Prize Exhibition. In 2023 her paintings on silk were longlisted for the Contemporary British Painting Prize.
