Gill (Eric) Christianity and Art, number 180 of 200 copies signed by the author and artist, wood-engraved frontispiece by David Jones and 2 small wood-engravings by Gill, original blue buckram, uncut, spine faded, small mark to lower cover, 8vo, Capel-y-ffin, Abergavenny, printed by the Shakespeare Head Press of Stratford-upon-Avon for Francis Walterson, 1927; with 2 sheets of galley proofs for The Lord's Song by Gill with corrections in pencil and ink, some in Gill's hand, folded, Golden Cockerel Press, [c.1934]; and 2 mounted wood-engravings by Gill (Nativity & Crucifixion) from Cleverdon's 1929 Engravings by Eric Gill (4) ⁂ The first was the only book issued to be signed by both Gill and David Jones The galley proofs are set in a different type to that used in the published book, the corrections are mostly for typos and instances of poor printing.
