Untrimmed. Nice armorial made on the occasion of the 22th chapter of the Order of the Golden Fleece held by King Philip II of Spain in the Cathedral of Our Lady in Antwerp. Contains: title in gold on a blue background in a richly ornated cartouche with the emblem of the Golden Fleece (verso: introductory text in Dutch),- full-page ill. (caption on verso, in French except for the collar) figuring the collar of the Order and the large coats of arms of members (several of whom are recorded as deceased: "trespassé"): Ferdinand II Archduke of Austria, Henry VIII King of England ("trespassé"), François I King of France (idem), Philippe III de Croÿ (a later hand has noted the date of his death in 1595), counts of Egmont, Boussu, Lalaing, Ligne, Arenberg, etc.,- at the end 2 full-page cartouches with text in gold almost erased.
