Second ribbon (similar to WW-36), the bust of Harrison is framed in a scrollwork pattern, above is a mounted shield surrounded by a wreath. Inscription states: Harrison Jubilee, July 4th 1840. In the third ribbon, a bust of Harrison rests and above the inscription: Harrison And Reform, and below a view of a cabin and a flag that is swaying in the wind.
