.52 caliber, serial number 2877, 20" barrel. Lockplate stamped Gwyn Campbell Patented Hamilton, Ohio. Walnut stock. Condition: Barrel retains ca 95% of original blued finish but thinning. Rear sight with patinated color with yellow dried grease. Breech loading action retains ca 90% case coloring but thinning. Tang and breechblock retain ca 60% light blued finish. Hammer retains ca 80% case hardened colors and darkening. Rear portion of lockplate has traces of case coloring. Buttplate with traces of blued finish. Buttstock has normal dings and mars with visible cartouche on left side of stock.
