A small 8vo folding card featuring an image of Hedin in a semi-profile head and shoulders pose to the inside, signed ('Sven Hedin') by Hedin in bold blue fountain pen ink to the lower border and dated 1948-49 in his hand. To the opposite side appears an A.L.S., Sven Hedin one page, n.p., n.d. (1948-49), to an unidentified correspondent, in Swedish. The letter is untranslated although refers to Jerusalem and Djemal Pasha. A few very light, extremely minor stains,
