Modern crushed green morocco paneled gilt, upper cover lettered Hocus Pocus (forming a cross and intersecting at the letter C), corner initials gilt-stamped clockwise on both covers top read "D E A N" (for Henry Dean), green marbled endpapers, the spine in 6 compartments gilt, edges gilt. Originally published in 1651 as A Rich Cabinet, with a Variety of Inventions.
