Note: Provenance with the lathe includes every owner, the first being George Clayton Atkinson, Esq., 1868, inventor of the ornamental turning accessory, "Atkinson's Reciprocator"; the most recent, and fifth owner of record being Donald Wing of Marion, Massachusetts, the Wing Estate being the present consignor.
