INSCRIBED TO CHILD ACTOR ELZIE EMANUEL. 9 Signed Photographs, each 8 by 10 inch silver prints, of various celebrities including FRANK SINATRA, GREGORY PECK, JUNE ALYSON, RED SKELTON, PETER LAWFORD, ROBERT MITCHUM, MICHAEL CURTIZ, LINDA DARNELL, JUANO HERNANDEZ, and SUGAR CHILE ROBINSON, all inscribed to actor Elzie Emanuel, some toning, spotting and wear throughout, together with smaller silver print of Lena Horne signed secretarially, and two other silver gelatin prints. Elzie Emanuel made his film debut as a street urchin in the Humphrey Bogart/Lauren Bacall classic To Have and Have Not. Over the next ten years he appeared in several major films, including Intruder in the Dust and the John Ford classic, The Sun Shines Bright. Many of the signed photographs here are from his colleagues, including Robert Mitchum (who starred with Emanuel in White Witch Doctor), Red Skelton (Three Little Words), Juano Hernandez (Intruder in the Dust), and director Michael Curtiz (Bright Leaf.)
