Document signed ("Yo la reyna"), Sevilla, 13 January 1500, 2 pages, folio, cancellation slits partly mended, docket on integral blank, ordering her chamberlain Sancho de Paredes to make the payments for certain listed items of clothing, quantities of cloth or wool, and tailors' fees, which had been ordered for the black servants of her grandson, Don Miguel, before his death in 1499 -- FERDINAND V, King of Spain . Document signed ("Yo el rey"), Toro, 31 January 1505, one page, 4to, docketed on verso, stitched to an 18th-century transcription, minor defects , ordering Beatriz Galindo to ensure that the construction of the hospital [de la Concepcion] in Madrid, founded by her late husband, Francisco Ramirez, be carried out without damage to the neighboring Franciscan monastery.
