B. Whittaker, and John Cumming, Dublin, 1829, 12°, with 3-leaf advertisement at end (some marginal spotting), modern half calf, uncut. [Bitting p. 262: "this edition contains a list of 212 cookery books, dating from 1513 to 1814"; Wellcome III, p. 399] With the fourth edition of the Art of prolonging Life (1822) and the fifth edition of The Cook's Oracle (1823) in modern boards (some leaves severely torn).
