The silkiness of the Semillon woos us with its beeswax charm, with lovely lemony notes increasing the pleasure. La Clarte de Haut-Brion is a blend of the second wines of Chateau Haut-Brion Blanc and Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc. There are only 1000 -1200 cases of this Semillon based wine made every year with fermentation in barrel and then 9 ? 12 months ageing in 40 ? 50% new wood before bottling.
