He commissioned the Tipografia Guintina in Florence to print the book, and sent order forms to friends in America and Europe who acted as agents in distributing copies. Although the Rechler and Epstein copies had cream paper dust jackets, the glassine dust jacket on this copy appears to be original, or at least contemporary to the date of publication. Roberts A42a.
