Porter, 1st UK edition, 1913 (Qty: 4) The first item is the scarce true first edition, published by A. & C. Black and printed by Edmund Evans although also listing both Augener in London and G. Schirmer in New York on the title page. The later, more common, Augener edition does not mention A. & C. Black and is printed by Augener.
