No manufacturer marks survive except for matching batch number to frame, barrel, and cylinder. 2.) Remington Iroquois Pocket Revolver - .22 Rimfire. 2.25" barrel length. SN: NSN. Nickel finish with checkered hardrubber birds head grips. Single-action 7-shot pocket revolver with replacement cylinder pin notch, front blade sights, and casehardened hammer and trigger. This Remington Iroquois shows no manufacturer markings but shows light pitting beneath barrel and on left frame that has been filled with nickel indicating a possible refinish. Condition: 1.) Fair. Bore is frosty with crisp rifling and some cleaned pitting near muzzle. Metal finish overall shows signs of aggressive cleaning with some scattered light pitting on frame and patches of oxidation forming on barrel, topstrap, and upper right frame. Cylinder vignettes are weak. Grips have few scratches and mars with their age suggesting they are replacements. Action is not functional. 2.) Good. Bore is frosty with a patch of oxidation at muzzle and light pitting throughout. Exterior nickel finish has weakening at edges, some flaking to underside of barrel, and losses to front of cylinder Brown patina forming within losses. Trigger and hammer both present a brown patina. Grips have handling wear and mars with some skips and smoothing of checkering at edges. Action is not functional. Hammer can be cocked and released, but it fails to move the cylinder.
