The first is a plastic face "Enjoy Coca-Cola" piece. It has a nice original can with the bubble glass free from all cracks and breaks. There is a little bit of brown staining, but it does light and keep time with the original cord. The second is a "Drink Coca-Cola" fishtail cardboard inserted inside clock. there are some tears to the cardboard and the back side of the cardboard is actually a Pepsi advertisement.
