LUDWIG SCHMIDT (ACTIVE LATE 18TH - EARLY 19TH CENTURIES), and JOHANN FRIEDRICH HENNIG (ACTIVE LATE 18TH - EARLY 19TH CENTURIES, after JOHANN CONRAD KRUGER (1733-1791) [Tropical Fish Studies]: Eight Plates eight engravings circa 1785, with hand-coloring, on laid papers, published in Paris, all with margins, all with light- staining and surface soiling to varying degrees, minor creasing and pale scattered foxing on several plates, both Plate 203 and 208 with heavier light- staining throughout, Plate 214 and 217 with areas of heavier foxing throughout, otherwise all apparently in good condition, in pale cherry-stained wood frames and French mats with wash lines, not examined out of the frames all P. approx. 8¼ x 15¼ in.
