The catalogue is divided in three parts, and the books are listed by size: folio, quarto and octavo and smaller formats. ‘The private library represented by this book has been attributed to three people: Henricus Hadrianus van der Marck, Johannes a' Marck, and Thomas Nicolaas van der Marck. The 1727 book Bibliotheca Marckiana , representing another auction by Petrus de Hondt, lists Henricus Hadrianus van der Marck as the former owner on the t.p.’ (WorldCat).
