For me, these are wines of finesse and breed. Pressing is rapid and vinification is in oak barrels with a proportion of new wood: between one third and one quarter for the Meursaults. Bottling is, on average, after ten to eleven months. The results have silky texture and length on palate, giving real joy to the taster.
