Model 1854 Austrian Lorenz Rifle Musket, c. 1861, beech stock with cheek rest, steel fittings, lockplate marked 861 with a faint Austrian eagle, has a tag attached which reads: This Civil War Musket rifle was given to me about 1939 by next door neighbor Mrs. Alice MacLean.
