In this copy the sheets have been cut and plates bound separately (as in the 1705 Macclesfield copy); the sheets are numbered in manuscript 1-37 including the letterpress title but there are no sheets numbered 32 or 33, and there is no poem. The 1709 edition is not listed by ESTC or COPAC.
