A later period Tete Jumeau with an open mouth and upper row of teeth. This doll at first glance appears to be smiling or laughing. Extremely large brown paperweight eyes, long panted lashes and soft even bisque add to her appeal. Red "TETE JUMEAU" rubber stamp on rear of head with a faint incised "10" underneath the Jumeau marking. Her fully jointed composition and wood body is in very good original condition with a blue stamping on torso. Dressed in a replica Bebe dress made of blue silk and lace with a matching bonnet. Original French style blonde mohair wig along with size "10" Jumeau shoes and matching socks. Bisque head appears to be without hairlines, eye chips, however upper rim of right eye has a small factory flaw (not overly noticeable but visible at close inspection). Item Dimensions: 21" T
