Vol. 7, 9, 18 and 21 (of 25) of the art magazine "Bijutsu Sekai" or The World of art, edited by Watanabe Shotei (aka Watanabe Seitei, 1851-1918) between 1891 and 1894. He was one of the first Japanese Nihonga painters to visit Europe, attending the 1878 International Exhibition in Paris and being awarded a medal. Ill. with colour woodcuts by Shotei and various other artists, most on double page, representing birds, animals, flowers, various characters, landscapes, etc.
