From a non recognized Belgian(?) artist, Charles V.D. Keleh(?). A lovely view of the river, which is presumed to be the Senne River that runs through Brussels, from a grassy bank. A large ship on the left, a few small tug boats in the water as well. Across the way is a cityscape below a blue sky filled with fluffy white clouds. On verso is some writing in ink pertaining to the previous owner who bought the painting in Brussels in 1983. Lot Amendments Condition: Scattered and faint cracking to the surface of the paint, a few pin holes near the edges; very good. Item number: 211178
