Three-band walnut stock lacks upper band, sling swivels and ramrod. Mixed iron and brass furniture. Stock stamped with the known Confederate inspector's initials "I C" both in an oval and in block letters opposite the lock. Condition: Fair. Even dark patina. Bore oxidized with weak rifling. Buttstock sanded; a section of wood missing behind the end cap.
