A very fine and rare 18K gold openface minute repeating perpetual calendar keyless lever watch with phases of the moon Signed Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, movement no. 198'442, case no. 314'589, ref. 845, movement manufactured in 1931, completed in 1963 and encased in 1967 Cal. 17''' nickel-finished lever movement, 29 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, wolf's tooth winding, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs, the silvered 18K gold dial with applied baton numerals, aperture for combined month, day and date display, subsidiary dial indicating phases of the moon combined with constant seconds, in massive circular case with stepped bezel, snap on back, repeating slide in the band, case, dial and movement signed 51 mm. diam.
