"Pee-Wee's" (Reubens) madcap escapades to retrieve his treasured bike leads him across the country and headlong into all kinds of troubles and triumphs. Constructed on a Schwinn DX base bike and retaining factory elements as well as embellishments including scoop fenders, vented wheel guards, whitewall tires, rubber hand grips with streamer tassels, lidded-top container hold, electric rocket headlight, "Hypno-spiral" tire hubs, console with weapon buttons, rear rocket taillights and a smoke chamber. Also features accessories including a metal thumb bell, red and green button "escape console," a floating ball compass, CB intercom handset, figural tiger siren, rearview mirror, rear dorsal fin, handlebar tassel streamers. The entire bike is painted in glossy red and white with chrome components and grills. Used in production and advertising materials. This iconic bike exhibits some scuffing and scratching to surface from handling and display.
