Partially-printed shareholder's certificate, issued to Thomas Austie; signed by Samuel Coates, Jr., as treasurer. Creasing from original folds, repaired; lacking seal and bottom portions along folds. Partially-printed shareholder's certificate, issued to American financier and last president of the Second Bank of the United States, Nicholas Biddle (1786-1844); signed by John Jay Smith as treasurer, as well as George Campbell as secretary.
