Contemp. blind stamped calf over wood, covers ruled and orn. with roll-stamps, spine blind ruled with raised bands, brass catches & clasps (rubbed, lack to spine upper part, tail def.). Parts I & II of this extensive history of Brabant (615-1623), with special attention to the recent period of the Dutch Revolt, by Haraeus (1550-1632), professor of rhetoric in Douai, later canon at Leuven.
