This plan was made during the First Silesian War (1740 - 42) between Prussia and Austria and the Prussian victory and the subsequent 'Peace of Breslau and the Treaty of Berlin resulted in the bulk of Silesia and the Bohemian County of Kladsko being ceded to the Prussians. This area was later consolidated as the Province of Silesia.
