Clay Wilson drawing titled 'A Few Males Enjoy the Latest Batch of Captive Snatch' that stretches across both pages 10 and 11." Print run: 800 copies. " Snatch got busted twice in Berkeley... at Moe's Books and at an exhibit of the New Comix in the Phoenix Gallery. The cops confiscated all the copies of Snatch , Jiz , and Cunt on hand and arrested the proprietors. This run-in with the law increased their notoriety and immediately boosted demand. When the cases came to court, the Phoenix Gallery... brought in art and literary experts to testify to the redeeming values of Snatch . The jury, who were given copies to read, eventually voted to acquit. When Moe's trial came up on the docket, the prosecutor couldn't produce the evidence....
