Each 11x8½". Miller's reminiscence of meeting Man Ray in Hollywood, after his return from France. With much praise for Man Ray, Miller writes: "As a conversationalist Man Ray was inexhaustable, and always exciting to listen to. No matter how banal the subject, he could infuse it with startling and provocative ingredients. The point is, I suppose, that to Man Ray nothing was too banal, too trivial to discuss. He has a way of making everything seem new and, if not important, certainly worth considering, worth pondering. I think this rather rare quality is what fascinated me most about him...".
