.22 short RF caliber, 8.75" octagonal to round barrel, NSN. Blued finish with checkered forend and grip. Windage-adjustable blade front sight with u-notch rear sight. Underside of barrel marked with caliber. Left side of frame shows two-line Remington address and patent dates. Condition: Good. Some thinning of original blued finish on sharp edges and muzzle along with some scattered scratches. Frame has moderate wear to edges with grip showing some dents to bottom portion. Mechanically fine with a bore showing some old pitting and visible rifling.
