This copy has a newspaper obituary of Sutro tipped to the front free endpaper, underneath which is a rubberstamp of the Gold Hill Miners Union, and early ink notation "Gold Hill Miners Union." The newsclipping has caused darkening to the endpapers. Posthumous book label of historian John Sandoval affixed to the front flyleaf facing the title-page. Paher 2028.
