.577 caliber, 19.5" round barrel with British proofs. Lockplate marked in the rear with a crown and VR; forward of the hammer crown over 1870 Enfield. Brass furniture, sling ring behind triggerguard. Walnut stock. Condition: Barrel and action retain 90% of the original blue finish, slightly dulling. Breechblock, lock and hammer retain most of the case colors, slightly fading. Stock is excellent with some nicks and dings. Has the British cartouche on the right side of stock.
