Original cloth-backed boards, pictorial dust jacket. First Edition, First Printing and Second Printing. First printing with an inserted leaf signed by both editors; Second Printing signed on the front free endpaper by both editors. Laid in is a copy of a typed letter from Shasta Publishers Ted Dikty explaining the "Second Printing" statement. "The printers put the plates of the book on the press without noticing that, somewhere in the process, they had managed to mangle a few letters of the type here and there. Quite a few copies were run off before this was noticed and the run halted. Corrections were made and we had them insert the "Second Printing" notice on the copyright page."
