A Torah giant, proficient in many areas including medicine, was raised in the home of the Seer of Lublin and followed his advice to immigrate to Eretz Yisrael. Served as rabbi of Safed for 60 years. Rabbi Yitzchak Lorberbaum, grandson of Rabbi Ya'akov Lorberbaum, author of Chavat Da'at and Netivot HaMishpat. Son in law of Rabbi Shmuel Heller. Faulty pagination (missing: first title page).
