(5) tied by Tientsin c.d.s. with Tihwa arrival (5.8) alongside, a poor example of the Provincial censor seal type 6 and straight-line Manchouli censor handstamp in purple plus a fragment of the registration slip. The address side with a large part strike of the boxed registered handstamp, a good strike of Tahcheng bilingual c.d.s. (27.7) and straight-line handstamp via Russia.
