First edition of the sermons of the Dominican mystical preacher Johann Tauler (circa 1300-1361), translated from the German into Latin by Laurentius Surius (1522-1578), of the Charterhouse of St. Barbara, Cologne, who published several translations of the so-called Rhine land mystics, including Tauler, Henry Suso, and John of Ruysbroeck.
