Mid 19th century Comprising six prints by Kuniyoshi: including three: `Tsumago', `Ontake' and `Echikawa', from the series `Kisokaido Rokujukyu tsugi no Uchi'; one from the `Seichu Meimei Gishin Kagami' series and another from the series `Chuko Keijyo Kijin-den'; a yakusha-e by Kunichika, from the series `Zenkaku kijin kagami' (A mirror of Good and Evil Spirits); two miscellaneous sheets depicting foreigners: Orandajin and Tenjikujin by Yoshitora; `Tsubosaka temple' from the series `Kannon Reigenki' a collaborated series by Hiroshige and Kunisada; a Meiji warrior print of Kato Kiyomasa and Inoue Daikuro by Toyonari; another of Abe no Sato on horseback by Kuni..; the last a triptych of the Kawanakajima battle scene in Seijyu mountain by Sadahide, variously signed and published.
