Bronze base has 10 ribs on the wavy platform, a long inverted teardrop stem and single light socket with harp arms and crowned shade rest at the top, has a gold dore finish with some wear and missing the inverted bell collar at the base of the harp; signed "Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces Inc. - 15" and measures 13.25 in. high. Bell form shade has an inverted teardrop knob at the top with applied dot decorations, has a wavy green and white pattern in 18 spiraled columns with rows of yellow dots and a gilt washed border below the neck; no chips in the rim or top edge, no hairlines, shade is signed "L.C. Tiffany Favrile", 6.5 in. high x 6.5 in. dia.
