TRANSTRÖMER, TOMAS. Madrigal. [In Swedish, and parallel English translation by Roger Fulton]. Vernon (Monique Roncerel) 2010. Small 4:o (224x162 mm.). (64, last blank) pp. 6 fullpage linocuts by Birgit Alm-Pons, 1 original calligraphy by Guo Ruoyun on thin paper pasted on p. [56], translated into Chinese by Göran Malmqvist, and an original gouache signed by Alm-Pons with calligrafic Chinese characters incorporated. Unbound as issued in grey cloth box with a portrait of Tranströmer pasted on front paste-down. This is no. 10 of an edition limited to 55 copies, numbered 1-50 and i-v (artist's proofs), printed by Monique Roncerel on "Vélin d'Arches" paper, and signed by the author (initials) and the artist. Tomas Tranströmer (19312-2015), Swedish poet, Nobel Prize in Literature 2011. From the library of Swedish antiquarian bookdealer Björn Löwendahl (1941-2013).
