(35.3cm.) high; the second depicting 'Saul Presenting his Daughter to David', named below, the king standing between the two children, 10in. (27cm.) high; together with a pair of Staffordshire figure groups of Highland deer hunters, each astride a horse with a deer over the pommel of the saddle, 14in. (36.2cm.) high; and six Staffordshire side plates printed in black with named scenes from the 'Sacred History of Joseph and his Bretheren', the gadrooned rims enriched with green sponged decoration, 7.1/8in.
