.50 caliber, 20" octagonal-to-round barrel, S/N 13194. Frame stamped Edward Maynard Patented May 27, 1851/Dec 6, 1859. Walnut buttstock. Condition: Barrel retains 85% of the blue turning soft with some plum blending in. Frame still retains vivid traces of the case colors blending with a mottled grey. Some of the frame screws still retain some bright fire blue finish. Stock is untouched with nice open-grained look with some nicks and dings; also has two sharp mint cartouches. Bore needs cleaning, but will clean to excellent.
