The three songs are: HaTayar HaYisraeli (The Israeli Tourist), Shuk HaCarmel (The Carmel Market), and Seadia, Savlanut (Patience, Seadia). Al Masri was born in Egypt in 1928, and starred in films from the age of eleven. He immigrated to Israel in 1957, and, at first, sang in Arabic on Kol Yisrael.
