Stamped "Walker Evans" in ink and inscribed "11" and "125" in pencil on verso l.r., inscribed "1345" and "BOX 14" in pencil on verso l.l. Gelatin silver print, 7 3/4 x 9 5/8 in. (19.7 x 24.5 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Unmounted, minor wear and emulsion loss to corners and edges, plate holder marks at corners, minor soiling to verso. N.B. It is interesting to note that in comparison to other prints made from this negative and other negatives taken at the same time, the text on the signs at left and right is not visible.
